Midwest Service Group assisted The Lawrence Group with their 80 million dollar renovation of the historic Parkside Tower Project in downtown St. Louis City. At this location they have created Parkside Tower, with over 200 new urban condominiums, retail space and a new parking garage, which will add greatly to the renewed vitality of the downtown St. Louis area. Supporting their efforts, we provided much needed asbestos abatement, lead-based paint remediation, hazardous materials removal and interior demolition on all 26 stories and 100,000+ sq ft of the building, leaving the building as just an empty “white box” ready for re-construction.
