St. Charles Old Post Office (OPO) is a co-working center for digital Startups. MSG did the interior demolition and abatement on this 10,000 square foot facility so that it could be fully rehabbed and remodeled. It now houses regional startups with affordable workspace. This workspace gives the participants access to mentors, potential investors, programming, educational and a community of local entrepreneurs. It is a regional hub for early stage digital startups. The OPO has space that is available for rental for group events, parties, team building etc.
