Midwest Service Group was hired by the University to abatement the asbestos TSI and flooring in Duchesne Hall to allow for the demolition of the building and construction of a new Science Building on campus. This project was contracted to take place during the busy summer time months and consisted of over 30,000 square feet of asbestos floor tile and mastic materials, as well as, over 2,500 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation throughout the building that was abated on schedule and under budget.
