This project consisted of environmental remediation and demolition of the entire Cardinal Creek housing community. Environmental remediation and demolition were required due to the 500-unit housing complex being located dangerously close between two different airports, according to the FAA.
We completed environmental remediation prior to demolition of homes impacted by this major highway expansion project.
